Pick a few goals
Kids choose goals that fit their day, from “Make my bed” to “Say one kind thing to myself.” A parent can help set them up.
A self-care app for kids 6 and up
Mindful Monkey Kids turns small daily habits and lessons based in cognitive behavioral therapy into a game. Kids check off goals like “Take 3 deep breaths” or “Notice 5 things around me,” do short meditations, and practice gratitude to build calm, confidence, and kindness one day at a time.
Coming soon to the App Store for iPhone. Free for 3 days, then $4.95 a month.
Meet Berry
“Hi friend! I'm so happy to see you. Let's get started!”
Berry talks with kids in a warm, friendly voice, celebrates every goal they finish, and breathes, stretches and checks in on feelings right alongside them.
Berry's hello video is on its way.
How it works
Kids choose goals that fit their day, from “Make my bed” to “Say one kind thing to myself.” A parent can help set them up.
Each finished goal or activity gives Berry bananas. Three a day fills Berry up and moves them one step along their path.
Quests earn jewels for hats, bows and treats in the shop, while Berry's skills, like resilience and confidence, grow with every goal.
